Prayer changes things!
Easy to understand classes on prayer and meditation. Bring a Bible and notebook

Types of Prayer
There are several types of prayers that are used for specific situations. This is similar to baseball, soccer, football and tennis having different rules and equipment and scoring and fields. Interchanging them doesn't work.

Heart Peace and Focus
If you want to come to God, you must believe that He is. Developing your personal relationship with Him is the place to start.
Meditation is part of this, but you must start with a baseline of peace for best results.
Wednesday | 11 am
Energized Prayer and Direction
God provided the help of the Holy Spirit and it will vastly improve your results if you learn how He does things and how to see and know what is really happening.
Thursday | 11 am
Prayers for Others
This is how to pray for others more effectively. If you pray for someone else, God will often take care of what you need before you even ask!
Friday | 11 am
Prayers for What You Need
This is making requests of God. It can be large or small things you want or need, but there are some boundaries for what you should ask for and what qualifies you to get larger requests.

Changing Reality, Bend Time and Space
This type of prayer is the primary way Jesus taught the disciples to change things. To pray these prayers effectively, you need to know what the will of God is. We will go over how to determine that first to decide if you can use this powerful prayer.
Day services are recorded as audio only to protect privacy of people who need help or feel unwell.
After class, anyone who likes can join us as we pray for Point Roberts, any individual requests and other situations that we've learned how to effectively pray about.
Since we are very interactive in these classes and there is much to learn about prayer, the Seminar may be extended into the following week.
Addicts who want to stop using are welcome to attend. This is why we are doing it daily at lunchtime.
We saw how destructive the shutdown was for our beloveds who struggle with depression and addictions. Since then, we've been gearing up to offer at least one daily meeting that is free to attend, that anyone who needs a word of encouragement or big time help can come.
Before the groups that come are larger, if you need individual prayer and help to get back on track or feel like you're strong and stable but want to be healthier physically, we will have time for that. All of our meetings welcome people who are not doing well. You have to WANT to do well, but we have had great success with people who will make a reasonable effort.
This week our focus is on getting on track and getting help from God. Next week we'll emphasize getting healthy and strong but that will help too.
Normal people are welcome, of course. Small hearted, self important, selfish people won't like it.
